Please Note:

As a private, DIY rental facility, our venue is provided "as-is" for your reserved time, and on-site event coordination and management are the responsibility of the contracted guests/host. Disruptions beyond our control—including utility outages, severe weather, or government mandates—are non-refundable per our rental agreement. Because our staff is not on-site during events, contracted guests are fully responsible for establishing any contingency or emergency backup plans (such as backup lighting, generators, or vendor protocols) they feel are necessary for their event.
